Secret of preparation

The fish will turn out tender and juicy if you cook it in a simple batter.

Grind two onions using a blender. Then add one egg, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt and black pepper to taste.

Then add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix thoroughly.

Cut the fish into small pieces and place in this marinade for 20 minutes.

Afterwards, each piece must be fried in a preheated frying pan.

Other cooking tricks

Also, when preparing fish, you need to follow several rules.

It should be placed only on a well-heated frying pan. Otherwise, the pieces will stick.

In addition, spices and herbs can be pre-heated in oil a little, and then fried in it. Thanks to this trick, it will absorb the flavors better.

When frying a whole fish in a pan, it is better to make small transverse cuts.

Their depth should be no more than two centimeters. This way the fish will fry evenly.
