As a result, the onion will fry evenly and retain a golden color.

How to use correctly

This culinary trick will work if you follow some rules.

First, heat the frying pan and add oil. Then chop the onion and put it in the frying pan.

Then we watch its shade. As soon as the onion starts to become transparent, you can add soda.

For 300 grams of chopped onion you will need 1/3 teaspoon of soda.

And don't worry that this will affect the taste of the onion. The result, on the contrary, will pleasantly surprise you. As a result, the onion will be aromatic and tasty.
