A simple ingredient will help soften the fibers. Expert of the online publication "TUT NOVOSTI", chef Yulia Arkhipova advises to prepare a marinade from soy sauce.

You don't have to add salt, because this product already contains it in the required amount. Otherwise, you can oversalt the marinade.
But you can add your favorite spices, garlic, or onion, cut into large rings, to the marinade.
An excellent marinade is made from soy sauce (4 tbsp), mustard (4 tbsp), honey (4 tbsp) and garlic (2 cloves).
The marinating time depends on the size of the pieces. Small pieces will be ready for cooking in 1-1.5 hours. Medium-sized pieces will need to be marinated for about 2-4 hours.
