You just need to prepare this dish in a certain way.
Remember the trick
You will need to separate the egg yolks from the whites. Next, mix the yolks with salt until you get a homogeneous mixture.
The whites need to be beaten in a separate container. Make sure that these actions form a fluffy foam.
Then pour the yolk mixture into the pan. Pour the whites on top and smooth the mixture with a spatula.
Cook the dish in a frying pan under a lid for 5-7 minutes over low heat.
