Many Russians prefer not to have breakfast, and thus they are doing the wrong thing.
As the cardiologist emphasized, people with good health are distinguished by the habit of having breakfast in the morning.
Bokeria cited herself as an example and told what she prefers to eat for breakfast. She eats vegetables and greens, to which she adds protein or eggs.
At the same time, the cardiologist called the traditional Russian breakfast, which includes processed meat, the worst option that you shouldn’t start your day with.
Such products include sausages, salami, ham and other products that have been smoked or salted. Such food often leads to the development of cancer (especially colorectal cancer), and is also fraught with diseases of the circulatory system and diabetes.
