Nutrition has a direct impact on our body.
In particular, the smell that comes from us also depends on our diet.
In an interview with UfaTime.ru, endocrinologist of the Bashkortostan Ministry of Health Aliya Nasyrtdinova listed the products you should avoid if you don’t want to.

The first of such products the specialist named were garlic and onions. Their consumption threatens an unpleasant smell not only from the mouth, but also from sweat due to sulfur compounds that are released through the skin.
The same applies to drinking alcohol, as alcohol causes dehydration and increased sweating and, as a result, increased sweat odor.
Fatty foods, as well as red meat, are another reason why sweat odor increases. This is due to the fact that heavy food is digested worse and more slowly, causing a slowdown in metabolism.
Cheeses, especially aged ones, contain a substance called tyramine, which also has the ability to change the smell of a person's sweat.
