For breakfast you can make milk porridge, for lunch or dinner – buckwheat with mushrooms, onions, chicken. You might think that you can serve it with whatever you want, but that is not true.

Buckwheat does not go well with all products. This does not mean that it will not be tasty with these ingredients.

Some combinations look and smell delicious, but there is little benefit from such dishes and a lot of harm.

This can be said about buckwheat with fatty meat, smoked meats and canned food. Many nutritionists recommend avoiding such combinations and call them a "hellish" mixture.

Not only does it destroy the dietary properties of the side dish, it also makes the blood thicker, which creates risks for the health of the heart and blood vessels. For example, the likelihood of blood clots increases.
