Dry buckwheat grains, soaked overnight in kefir, have become the basis of a diet aimed at cleansing the body and losing weight.
Both of these products are incredibly healthy in their own right, as they contain a variety of vitamins, minerals and other elements.
In addition, this dish is very filling and allows you to lose 1-2 kg in a few days.

However, experts advise sticking to this diet only for 2-3 days with periodic repetition, and not for several weeks.
How to cook buckwheat
To prepare the dish, use green buckwheat instead of brown, as it is not subjected to heat treatment and retains all natural elements.
Prepare the required amount of buckwheat and kefir. Take a dish in which you will soak it.
Select buckwheat groats, rinse and pour boiling water over them. Then drain the water and put the porridge in a plate.
Pour kefir over the cereal and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning the dish will be ready to eat.
After this, it is recommended to refrain from food and water for 1-2 hours.
Serve buckwheat with kefir for breakfast. Add honey to improve the taste of the dish.
